B&M Building Services was founded in 2016 by Mauricio A. Moreno, a skilled tradesman with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, particularly in waterproofing. After a decade of working in the field and learning the craft from the ground up, Mauricio decided it was time to take the leap and build something of his own. Starting small, with just himself and a few tools, he faced the same uphill battles every new business does, long days, tight budgets, and proving his name one job at a time. But with every challenge, Mauricio stayed focused on what mattered: delivering honest work, reliable service, and consistent quality. Little by little, his hard work paid off. The team began to grow, one trusted crew member at a time, and so did the company’s reputation. Today, B&M Building Services specializes in waterproofing, firestopping, sealants, and more, serving both residential and commercial clients with the same integrity that started it all.
